The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your Jili 5 account remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify Jili 5 of any changes to your personal information by contacting our support team. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Your Jili 5 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension of both the transferring and receiving accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jili 5 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
Jili 5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. Jili 5 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Jili 5 account within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.
All transactions on the Jili 5 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any applicable conversion fees will be borne by the player.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Jili 5 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is detected.
Jili 5 does not offer credit to players. You may only wager funds that have been successfully deposited into your account. Jili 5 accepts no responsibility for any financial obligations you may incur outside the platform in order to fund your account.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Jili 5 aims to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
Before processing a withdrawal, Jili 5 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory completion of verification.
Jili 5 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing investigation. In such cases, Jili 5 will notify the player and provide a reasonable explanation where permitted by law.
Jili 5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your Jili 5 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice.

In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game's individual rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

Jili 5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
